About our founder and team coach

Alejandro Masferrer has more than fifteen years of experience working globally, coaching small and large groups, and face-to-face and remote teams.

His philosophy is about creating memorable experiences, engaging workshops, a sense of community and collective purpose for all participants.

Ale is also the author of “Creative Process Design: A Methodology for Team Ideation and Co-Creation” (Gustavo Gili, 2019), a book on a methodology that he developed to facilitate co-creation processes.
